What to expect at ADT Chiropractic
Your first visit will begin with a consultation lasting approx 1.5hrs. Here you will discuss your health concerns and specific complaints. We will also discuss your past health history to help with our diagnosis and ensure chiropractic treatment is suitable for you.

During the consultation and following treatments, you may be required to undress to your underwear (a gown will be provided), for us to carry out an appropriate examination of your muscles and nerves. If you would rather wear your own clothes, we recommend you bring shorts that can be rolled up and a suitable vest top.
In most instances your first treatment can be carried out straight after your consultation providing no further investigations are required. Depending on the type of treatment required you may also be provided with exercise and lifestyle guidance to help prevent relapses.
